Your day to day:Configure IP and transmission equipment (access routers, microwaves) and services on Vodafone database. Update and modify the database according with the information provided by different tools and teams and inform the interested departments about the status of the work orders.Implement the required configuration successfully within the standards and guidelines, on the expected date, to meet the quality and time requirements of projects.Identify, develop, test and implement solutions to resolve deficiencies or for enhancement of network’s software and hardware, at customer’s request.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Implementation of new solutions and functionalities for IP and transmission databaseConfiguration, integration and optimization in accordance with the defined quality criteria and following in place guidelinesIdentifies dysfunctionalities, provides solutions and tests hardware and software configurationYou are a team player, responsible and proactiveBuild automations which contribute to team’s efficiency and performanceWith these skills you are a great candidate: Knowledge in Microwaves / Switches / Routers / Physical Layer, Ethernet and IP protocols;Operating systems, databases, computer applications specific to telecommunicationsCertifications from vendors of computer systems for telecommunications (Cisco, Oracle, HP, IBM, Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Alcatel, etc.) and programming skills are appreciatedEnglish written and spoken is mandatoryItalian language is nice to havePreferably higher technical studies ( Electronics and telecommunications University, Automation and Computers University, Informatics University, etc.)Sounds like the perfect job?
