The role

Were looking for a hands-on digital analytics engineer to help design, implement, and optimize data collection, analytics, and personalization solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud.

What you'll do

  • Implement and maintain Adobe Launch (rules, data elements, extensions)
  • Deploy tracking using Adobe Web SDK and ensure data quality
  • Design and work with data layers across web properties
  • Build and debug JavaScript-based tracking and personalization solutions
  • Implement and support Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Configure CJA data connections, dimensions, metrics, and data views
  • Implement Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Web SDK, XDM schema and Datastreams
  • Experience with Adobe Target (testing & personalization)
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills
  • Experience with data layers (JSON, event-driven models)
  • Familiarity with server-side or edge-based tagging is a plus
  • Understanding of digital marketing & analytics concepts
  • Comfortable working in agile teams

Nice to have

  • Exposure to CDP or identity resolution
  • Basic API knowledge
  • Experience with performance and browser debugging tools
