Business Support Controller SES with FrenchMichelin is hiring!- - - - - - - - - - - -The Business Support Controller (BSC) Services & Solutions – Tire as a Service (TaaS) represents the Finance point of view towards the business leaders and supports them in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.Member of the European Finance Team for TaaS, the BSC will be responsible of the full P&L activities within his / her scope including, but not limited to month end closing, financial analysis and reporting, monitoring targets related to the P&L, budgeting and forecasting. He / she directly actively contributes to the standardization and continuous progress of work processes and tools.What will you do?• Offer direct support and challenge business representatives based on financial analysis;• Develop recommendations for financial targets within the strategic and operational planning and forecasting process (long-, mid- and short-term perspective);• Manage the closing of his scope and ensure the integrity of financial records during the month end closure, respecting the Group standards: posts accruals and provisions, stock variation;• Prepare and provide financial analyses and reports for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base);• Monitor actuals vs. plan/ previous year, analyses deviations and their drivers, recommend measures to ensure plan achievement and tracks ongoing progress of e.g. major project initiatives;• Analyze P&L statement at territory level to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement;• Contribute, establish and further develop guidelines, methods, processes and systems;• Strong collaboration with the other entities of the LB SES and local team members;• Drive best practice sharing, efficiency increases, standards setting and process harmonization for controlling topics;• Provide guidance and feedback to more junior team members.What we’re looking for:• Strong experience in Accounting/Controlling/Financial analysis (at least 5 years);• Accounting or Financial studies;• Budgeting and forecasting knowledge;• Fluency in English and French (at least B2 level);• Good Excel skills;• Problem solving skills;• Team-worker and adaptable attitude;• Customer-oriented approach.• Analytical thinking competencies;In Michelin we offer:Flexible work schedule and home-office optionsA customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc.Private medical subscription;Life insurance;Lunch vouchers and discounts;Deduction of vacation costs.How we recruit:Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
