CSI (Trade Marketing) & Marketing Expert in Bucuresti

Description Overview We are excited to be recruiting a Customer & Implementation Strategy (CSI) & Marketing Expert to join our team based in Bucharest, Romania. This position will report directly to the CSI Manager and will be responsible for translating marketing strategies to point of sales actions by planning, executing, tracking and evaluating the activities. It will also be the primary concern of the CSI Manager to support the sales and marketing department in decision making with market and financial analysis.  Scope of the Role Defining point of sales tactics/strategies by account & by brands assigned Promotional activities development and implementation in all channels Implements and monitors customer and category strategy to support sales and marketing. Analyses sales information including price, promotion, distribution, display and merchandising and translates into tactics to support the sales team. Responsible for Point of sales visibility Development and maintenance of data related to customer management Takes active part in setting forecasts Market data evaluation Budget responsibility: Off invoice promotions, Tailor made activities, Wholesalers promotional plan Responsible for commercial planning, implementation and follow up for our business Customer and market data analysis and reporting Effective cross-functional co-operation Experience Required Significant relevant commercial experience within a multinational environment in similar commercial positions University or College degree in Marketing / BA Analytical and problem-solving skills Solid financial / controlling knowledge Dedicated and committed team-player Excellent command of the English language
