Position Description:
We are looking for an ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain reliable data integration solutions that support analytics and business operations.
The role involves working closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, timely, and scalable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
▪ Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend.
▪ Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
▪ Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and performance tuning.
▪ Develop and maintain Python scripts to support data processing, automation, and integration tasks.
▪ Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions.
▪ Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
▪ Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
▪ Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications.
▪ Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
▪ At least 3 years of hands on experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
▪ Minimum 3 years of proven experience with Talend for ETL development.
▪ Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
▪ At least 3 years of experience using Python for data processing or automation.
▪ Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
▪ Experience with performance optimization and handling large data volumes.
▪ Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
▪ Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a team.
