️ What You’ll Do
- Provide IT application support across your scope, handling corrective maintenance and user issues efficiently
- Coordinate with corporate teams for application maintenance and evolution, documenting user needs and assessing business priorities
- Participate in system implementations by performing testing, managing local suppliers, and supporting user training
- Ensure effective communication and availability of user manuals post-implementation, continuously monitoring system operation and interface functionality
Your Profile
- Passionate about customer support and IT applications
- Technical skills in SAP user support
- English: Advanced
