In this role, you will be part of the EMEA marketing team and be responsible for helping position Genpact as a credible and disruptive force in digital transformation and be seen as ‘the culture of choice for the talent of choice’ with our client and talent communities in Romania. You must possess strong integrated marketing and communications skills, be able to bring in new ideas and see them through to execution. This role will require you to be self-driven, consultative, and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization. You understand that to win hearts and minds you need to take an earned-first approach to engagement. Key Responsibilities Engage with global, regional and local stakeholders, functions and agencies to develop the narratives, content, and channels to grow Genpact’s employer brand and reputation across Romania (including internal and external influencers and channels). Partner with business leaders, HR, and recruitment to understand business needs and trends that could affect changes in reputation, branding, and marketing acquisition strategy. Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing approaches to keep us one step ahead. Partner with talent marketing and communications to design and deliver an effective local brand awareness, community outreach, and related communication program to support the talent acquisition strategy across the recruitment ecosystem – direct and indirect – to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline. Inspire employees to create and share their stories. Develop strong industry relationships with trade associations and other local business groups to effectively position the company as an ‘employer of choice’. Work with local country teams to build long-standing relationships with local universities and student unions. Partner with growth marketing to support the business in Romania with client engagements and experiences that drive business outcome. Assist with award submissions and speaker opportunities for Romanian spokes team Partner with business and marketing teams on strategy metrics across all channels and to measure, analyze, and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best results for the organization Skills & Qualifications Relevant years of experience gained within the professional services or IT industry Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English Bachelor’s degree is a must Experience across marketing and communications, employer branding, industry, and community relations Experience in public relations and/ or executive communications preferred Strong understanding of business and communications issues related to local market dynamics Strong understanding of localized marketing approaches to talent acquisition and retention Ability to recognize and create high-impact creative narratives and initiatives that engage audiences and create compelling customer and talent experiences Knowledge of social and digital channels to help attract and retain customers while positioning the company as an ‘employer of choice’ to prospective hires Knowledge in arranging on and offline events Ability to think broad and deep, and align multiple stakeholder groups Ability to exercise discretion when presented with sensitive information or confidential issues.
