Job Description
- Manage and supervise the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Design and lead initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management
- Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Define and steer budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manage and supervise multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management
- Propose and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on country level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years of proven experience in a relevant role
- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production concepts, performance and standards, continuous improvement
- Profound understanding of Production and all interfacing functions
- Comprehension of Engineering, Project Management, Planning and Production Management
- Good commercial awareness and knowledge, including budget management
- Strong critical thinking skills, initiative, integrity, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
