Description and Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solutions and Services Sales Executive to drive sales of Professional Services across both Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Intelligent Devices Group (IDG).
At this role You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for consulting, deployment, integration, and lifecycle management services that support our infrastructure and end-user environments.
To be successful in this role you will use both your technical understanding and commercial acumen to position value-added services that help our clients modernize, optimize, and manage their IT environments end to end. You will report to our Market Leader for CEE-CA Region.
Your Responsibilities are to:
Identify, qualify, and develop new Professional Services opportunities across ISG & IDG domains. Manage the full services sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals. ]Collaborate with account teams to attach professional services to hardware/software sales. Build trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders for long-term value. Achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. Partner with solution architects to design tailored service offerings (data center, PC deployment, IT transformation). Prepare proposals, SOWs, and pricing; clearly communicate technical and business value. Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.What you bring:
3–5 years of experience in services or solutions sales within IT/data center/end-user computing. Proven success selling professional or managed services (consulting, deployment, integration); Experience with enterprise and public sector customers. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate customer challenges into technical/business solutions; excellent communication. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering (preferred); industry certifications advantageous. Fluent in English; knowledge of Romanian & Hungarian is an advantage.
