Implementation Engineer – remote roleThe Implementation engineer is responsible for delivering successful customers implementations in the CCSaas environment.Contributing to the Company`s business growth by successfully implementing the company`s technologies for new customers, aiming to help them achieve their business goals.Responsibilities:Become a subject matter expert on the company`s CCSaas technology, both from a functional, as well as a technical perspective;Analyze customer needs and requirements to determine best course of action in customer’s implementations, assisting with the overall technical design concept;Actively communicate and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Development with respect to customer requirements and needs, RFPs or highly technical demonstrations;Implement, install and test Company`s CCsaas solutions on test and production environments, configuring our software to meet specific requirements, writing custom code when needed, to extend our software’s functionality;Assist clients during the entire software implementation lifecycle and make appropriate customization to meet client needs, acting as primary technical point of contact for customers during their implementation;Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for incidents;Conduct evaluations of existing technology to determine areas of improvement;Interacting with customers for sign offs, delivery activities and training on technical aspects of our software- scripting, DB structure etc;Update internal documentation;Competences:Experience in a similar position or as a part of technical team in a CCSaas or solution environmentTechnical understanding of cloud technology, including: AWS, hosted, SAAS and CCAS solutionsFast learner with initiative and drive to be successfulExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Problem-solvingStrong technical background- computer programming knowledge: Structured DBs and SQL, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, MsSQLGeneral knowledge of: WebRTC, Freeswitch or AsterixWhat we offer:International company with international mindsetUnique team spirit and informal work environmentTraining opportunities and career growth programWork with talented and collaborative coworkers who will support you and help you growAdditional perks as part of our culture: parties, team buildings, diverse Fun at Work activities every month.
