Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead, plan, and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.
• Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Track project progress, provide regular updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) if applicable.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, IT policies, and industry best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience, preferably in retail IT projects.
• Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) – fluent in verbal and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).
