As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the activities related to the execution of projects from a commercial perspective. In addition, the employee is responsible for carrying out other tasks delegated by superiors, depending on his/her professional expertise and skills. It is essential to strictly comply with the laws on occupational health and safety, fire protection and responsible handling of the equipment provided.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Take ownership of project planning and execution in international service business, in close collaboration with technical project management and in accordance with customer contracts Manage all commercial aspects of projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders (including customers) Work closely with key interface partners such as Legal, Tax, Procurement, Accounting/Controlling, Treasury, and the Product Line / Manufacturing Network Ensure commercial responsibility in line with applicable guidelines and processes ( cost estimation, project reviews, internal & external invoicing) Prepare reliable forecasts for order intake and revenue, and support controlling and reporting activities Drive active receivables and claims management, including contract management Ensure contract quality and review cost calculations during both offer and order phases, in collaboration with technical sales Take responsibility for legal and commercial terms in customer offers and contracts, including participation in contract negotiations Coordinate and finalize contracts, and contribute to decision-making processes at both project and company level (LoA)
What You Bring
A degree in Business Administration or a comparable field Preferrable certified Commercial Project Manager (CPM/CPM-S) Expertise in project costing, execution, and controlling, including PoC-based project handling Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP) Solid understanding of contract law, offer procedures, and handling of guarantees Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling flexible and collaborative work across departments and with international business partners to develop customer- and result-oriented solutions Business-level English skills Willingness to travel
