Responsibilities The candidate will provide Support for Milan IT Center and local Marketing Offices across the world.He/she will work on Pirelli custom B2B Platforms and and will use various front-end and back-end web technologies and tools.The candidate will monitor the requests arrived on the ticketing system and solve the Level 1 issues, assisted by the members of the Team and replying to the requestor in English language.The candidate will:• Interact with Milan Headquarter and other technical teams in Craiova;• Troubleshoot and solve service requests on B2B environments ;• Understand running processes and perform troubleshoot;• Create and maintain scripts for checking the health state of the systems;• Perform Testing and Deployment on new applications/features;• Understand the involved Infrastructure;• Perform log system actions, in order to check the systems behaviors.Education:Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Automatics, Computers and Electronics - graduated or student.Technical skills:SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB; and/or Java and Java-related frameworks, which represent a plus.Soft skills:Communication, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, client orientation, analysis and attention to details, quick learning, problem solving, precision.Experience:Not mandatory, preferable 1-2 years of working with some of the specified technologies/tools.Foreign languages:English at a good level. Italian is a plus.
