Check out your daily tasks:
Realizes 8D process for suppliers;
Managing the critical situations within the area of responsibility regarding the improvement projects of the situations with suppliers;
Perform supplier APQP and PPAP,achieve PSW ;
Use of all SQM tools, PCN, AIB, ETB, SAP CSE and TA3, Lexpro;
Planning of Incoming inspection(Control plans) SAP;
Coordinate collection of the supplier related quality related costs (QRC);
Use category quality requirements within his responsibility area and quality tools.
QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
Have advanced level of English– both spoken and written;
Be a dynamic person – problem solving abilities;
Be willing to travel;
Have a Drivers License;
Have good communicational skills – working with people, teams ( project teams);
Have experience with Automotive Quality standards;
Hsve technical background – University;
Have a basic know-how in cold and hot forging, assemblies, heat treatment and welding and machining manufacturing technologies, metallurgical experience is preferred, including secondary processes and sub supplier technologies;
Have auditor knowledge (VDA6.3, IATF 16949);
Know quality skills (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, Why-Why , SPC,MSA).
