Office Assistant [008334]Full-timeCompany DescriptionWe are in search of a qualified and reliable Office Assistant for our office located in the Center of Bucharest, sector 1 - Piata Romana Square.If you have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Office Assistant / Coordinator, excellent administrative & organizational abilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a very good understanding of maintenance & facility services, then we highly encourage you to submit your application.Job DescriptionTo welcome the company’s visitorsTo provide general administrative support to all departments of the company in their daily work.To provide and coordinate internal and external information flow between the company`s departments, employees, and administration, through various information channelsTo organize business trips, business meetings and management meetings, to cooperate with travel agencies, hotels, restaurants etc.To support such activities as company`s employee’s trips, photo sessions, internal parties, and meetings.To develop and keep up to date company`s records and registration, to control filing cases under it.To monitor and maintain storage stocks for administration needs.To provide employees with required amount of office supplies and order them when necessary.To cooperate with suppliers, make and receive orders.To check on office premises tidiness several times a day.
