Mainmission: You will be working for two of our biggest and most loved brands,Garnier & Maybelline NY. Your role will be to steer all digital &eCommerce KPIs of the designated brands.Your responsibilities are divided in 2 main areas of expertise:eCommerce- building best online shopper experience trough:Workclosely with Product Managers to align online strategy with national brandstrategy.Create& drive the designated brands strategies & priorities in eCommercetowards the eKAMs to maximize the campaigns and launches and ensure unifiedbrand image online. Ensuring consistency of all actions with the brands senseof purpose.Trackand analyze the performance of designated brands sell-out/sell in on-line withthe support of eMarketing Lead. Focus on overproportionate growth of eCommbrand heroes.LeadeCommerce activations (dedicated online events, online part of Online+Offline, dedicatedmedia campaigns for brand big promotions).Track& Analyze brand events ROI. Optimize & improve constantly. Ensurecreating local branded content & eCommerce kits (visuals & SEOoptimized text) and make it available to partners with the support of theProduct managers and eMerchandizer.Draftingshopper centric shop in shops in our partner websites and architecting theactivation plan around them together with the Marketing & Commercialdepartment.Optimizethe traffic of local media initiatives towards eCommerce partners (influencers,pure media from awareness campaigns)Assuring& supporting Pure Players in beauty tech services implementationSupportinge-KAM in daily cooperation with e-Retailers and Pure Players.Managementof external agencies and partners.Placingconsumers insights at the heart of the activations.Sharingbest practices and monitoring local digital performance of the products tosupport the brands ambition.Ensuringan outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends,intelligence, and experimentation.Ownedassets management:Managingthe brand websites: update, performance and all associated, with the support ofthe Product Managers.Own theSearch (SEM-SEO) strategy and implementation.Optimizethe traffic of local media initiatives towards brand websites.Beautytech services & implementation on optimization.CRMmanagement (if applicable).Ourrequirements:3+years experience in FMCG working with data (tracking & optimizing KPIs).Analytical& strategical mindset.Proactivein identifying opportunities; Innovation driven.Self-motivated,solution & result driven creative thinker with doer mindset.Easy-goingindividual with great communication and interpersonal skills; Eager to influenceand interact.Goodcommand of English. eCommerce/Digital experience is a plus.Weoffer:Friendlyand dynamic work atmosphere in diverse environment of the market beauty leader;Plentyof opportunities to grow cross-divisionally and functionally;Riche-Learning package;Flexiworksystem;Attractivebenefit package including: private health care, employee discounts and productson special ocassions;
