This is an exciting opportunity for someone comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth company and who is eager to work on a diverse range of tasks with both regional and global aspects. This opportunity involves working closely with both the regional & extended People & Places team, business leaders and individual contributor colleagues in a variety of functions across EMEA. You will provide operational & administrative support, guidance, coaching and direction to internal clients on a variety of issues, support key business initiatives in collaboration with leadership and contribute to our core People & Places objectives of attracting, developing and engaging talent across the organisation. You will also assist in developing, implementing, and embedding global People Team policies and programs appropriately, ie thinking globally and acting locally.The regional People Partner requires both tactical & strategic contribution, requiring experience in the areas of employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, people operations and beyond. You will leverage data and seek appropriate collaboration to deliver well-judged decisions & solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities:Business Partnership: Trusted advisor to leaders and team members in EMEA to help them engage, grow and contribute their best work every day. Execute on a range of People duties - support and facilitate organizational design & development, management coaching, enable growth mindset culture and team building that support change, achievement and personal growth. People & Places Team Partnership: Engage and collaborate with the global team. Actively align with global peer People Partners to deliver & embed people-related strategies locally. People Operations: Provide operations support, including – but not limited to - visas, collaboration with Talent Acquisition, new hire orientation, benefits & general administration. Additionally, working with the global People Operations teams to initiate & streamline operational functions to support the business.Employee Engagement:Be a business champion to drive and leverage employee engagement initiatives that elevate & sustain high levels of engagement and personal growth.Employee Relations: Manage, solution & enable business resolution of employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations whilst respecting legal boundaries & minimising risk for all parties. Deliver clear education & clarification as necessary on corporate policy & compliance.Culture: Partner, engage and align regional leadership with Wind River’s culture, focussed on inclusivity and a growth mindset. Champion and accelerate our efforts to build the best place to work. Specifically:Closely partner with People Team colleagues (within the EMEA region & globally) to drive strategic goals to attract, engage & develop Wind River talentEnable leaders to give confidence, knowledge & competency pertaining to world-class people leadership.Understand the various benefits and programs available and to share that knowledge to provide visibility to leaders & team members to enhance their experience around Elevate 2.0 (performance management methodology)Help develop and launch programs that are related to creating an exceptional employee experience.Liaise with People Team colleagues & leaders to provide insights into possible career opportunities enabling internal career development & grow of talents.Support client groups through the effective delivery of appropriate information, guidance & communication.Coach Managers to develop leadership competency, eg crafting feedback, listening ability, situational management, coaching etcMeet with employees to discuss concerns, experiences and to develop trusted relationships.Be the People Team point of contact on minor employee relation matters/ issues and collaborate with leadership & Legal team on major/ critical issues. Qualifications:Min of 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources - ideally in a hi-tech, global organisationIdeally, formally HR qualified Skills/Experience:Positive contribution within a highly functional People/HR teamExposure to delivering appropriate influence, guidance and assistance to address a variety of employee-related topicsA mindset to drive a high level of customer service and create a best-in-class leader & team member experienceActive listening skillsAbility to keep the focus on the critical prioritiesCompetence to quickly build trusting relationshipsExcellent oral/written communication skillsStrong work ethic; bias toward action, implementation & speed whilst maintaining a level head & sense of calmBenefits:Flexible home office!
