About the roleAs a valued member of the Product Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Ezugi Platform and managing it throughout its lifecycle. You will work with other Product Owners in a strategic Product Management Team, as well as work closely with the Development Team, guiding their priorities.You will work to reduce or remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the platform ecosystem. In collaboration with other members of Commercial and Engineering, work to reduce or eliminate manual or repetitive tasks, improving the end-to-end health and performance of the platform ecosystem.The goal of the platform product manager is to focus on the mid-tier and partner personas in the platform ecosystem so that they can, in turn, deliver optimal value and rich experiences to their end-users.Responsibilities Manage the priority for one or more self-organized games team and the product throughout the product lifecycleDefine the product vision and compose written specifications, ensuring functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detailEvaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to scheduleGather and prioritize product and customer requirementsWork closely with the Development Team, Risk team, Dealers team, Studio building team, Delivery team to deliver winning productsDefine long-term, short-term and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approachSupport Marketing and Sales Departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are metEnsure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing when necessary analyze trends in the gaming market and continuously review the competitive landscapeVision and knowledgeSet and articulate product vision to the team and stakeholdersHave thorough knowledge about product, market and competitorsProduce product strategy and competitor analysisStakeholder managementEngage and be responsive to the stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right productsCarry out product demosCreate, prioritize, and sustain the Product BacklogProduce and communicate the Product RoadmapPlanningAssist with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user storiesProvide progress reporting and release plans to next level and stakeholdersDaily workParticipate in the Sprint PlanningParticipate in the Sprint ReviewsParticipate in the Retrospectives"Tell a story” from the end user perspective for each user story so it is clear to the Development TeamHelp the teams to understand exactly what is requiredApprove cherry picks and hot fixes issueMake sure products are well definedKey SkillsGood working knowledge of EnglishGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAdaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a teamKnowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban)QualificationsDegree level or higher educationA minimum of 3 years experience in product management or business analysis is imperativePrevious experience in IT, software applications is a must. Experience in design of games/casino games and the online gaming industry is an advantage, but not a must. Or some interest in playing casino games, any knowledge an familiarity is welcomed.
