For our client, a manufacturing company in Romania, we are looking for Process Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Follow the technical, machine and process specification
Scrap management (collection, separation, report, evidence)
To ensure the implementation of production programmes
To ensure product controls during the production process.
To monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems.
Effective production plan for each machine
Follow daily production
Process follow ups according to the documentation (R&D analysis)
Cooperate to develop and launch new product
Deploy and develop the continuous improvement program
Tools management
Guarantee the optimal start-up of new production lines.
Auxiliary machine management
Ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials
Effective use of the machines (minimize use, scrap, energy consumption )
Ensure the management and development of his workers.
Ensure observance of health, safety and environmental norms and legislation.
Management of dangerous material used in production
Continuous quality improvement
Reporting
Qualification program improvement (multi skill)
