We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to join our team.Following the complete reengineering of the S2P/P2P (Source to pay/ Procure to pay) process and flow, Worldline are creating a central S2P office to support its worldwide operations. Worldline choose Basware to structure and handle all the flows of the P2P process. Many different roles are open and there will be more created in the future to expand the various missions of this central office. For all current and future roles, we are looking for motivated people ready to interact with suppliers and Worldline employees from various nationalities. Candidates must be able to deliver a service proactively and be creative in order to make the service delivery better by offering continued improvement ideas. Candidates must also be eager to learn and ready to accommodate new and others missions or teams within the S2P office. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with Worldline. The role of P2P support specialist will be mainly based on these 3 areas: Your day-to-day responsibilities include: 1- Suppliers Support: You are a part of the analysis team to define the suppliers bases content for waves deployment You provide periodic reports on activities You analyze supplier’s demands, answer and guide in the registration in the new system by email or by phone if languages are compatible You organise post waves enrolment and support suppliers globally for Basware questions related and enrolment 2- Worldline employees support: You are getting ready to become a specialist of the new P2P system provided by Basware You lead training sessions and teach employees during the roll out deployment You lead weekly supporting meetings 3- Central continuous improvement support: You consolidate the nature of the requests from internal customers and suppliers in order to suggest improvement You highlight any concerns and investigations for continuous improvement when possible Skills we can’t do without: Academic background in Economics, finance Ability to conduct a trainings for the employees English is at very good level 1-3 years of experience preferably in accounting or purchasing Skills we’d like: You speak any other European language Clear thinker You are dynamic and positive, with a proactive mind You possess profound interpersonal and communication skills More reasons to join us: In addition to joining a global leader in digital transformation, you can also expect an excellent range of benefits.
