Responsibilities
Account Management 1) Expand our portfolio within small & medium existing Luxoft clients 2) Grow the accounts and the business 3) Selling trainings to Customers 4) Contract management, working with the Legal department 5) Planning trainings and trainer schedule 6) Working with the trainers to develop the local training catalog, according the client's needs 7) Update information about activities in Salesforce and other internal systems 8) Dealing with incoming requests (from website and by phone) Administrative 1) Maintain contact with clients and suppliers on administrative side - contract, invoices, reports 2) Trainings, workshops and events organization - different administrative tasks
Skills
Must have
Minimum 2 years of services selling experience (training, HR services), Communication Skills, Self-motivated, Account Management, Microsoft Office
Nice to have
B2B and/or B2C services sales, Presentation Skills, Salesforce, Cold Calling
