You will:Provide technical leadership for engineering teams within the Jobs via Natural Language domain, guiding the development of AI-powered conversational products.Explore, experiment with, and prove the viability of cutting-edge technologies and concepts in the field of AI and natural language processing.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to drive the design and development of our Natural Language Platform, ensuring its scalability and robustness.Be responsible for evaluating and utilizing the latest advancements and tools in the market for AI and natural language processing, including large language models.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI topics, providing insights and expertise to internal stakeholders and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the domain.Collaborate with an international team, working closely with colleagues from Poland, UK, Germany, and the US. Requirements:Proven past experience in building conversational AI solutions, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar products.Strong experience in Software Engineering.Deep understanding of deep learning for interactive natural language generation.Experience in building and deploying scalable solutions on one of the key cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).Hands-on experience in using ChatGPT/GPT-X and other Large Language Models for natural language understanding and generation.Experience in data science and Machine Learning is a nice-to-have.
