Technical Training Specialist in Oradea

Purpose Statement: To manage and maintain the training programs to meet the needs of the business environment. This individual is responsible for maintaining/managing training compliance, enforcing operational standards, and driving continuous improvement and zero defects in their assigned area. Key Job Accountabilities: Cornerstone training administration to ensure data and record integrity and accuracy. Support the communication and alignment of training processes and programs. Manage training process within site for compliance with applicable procedures and work instructions and compliance to training matrix requirements. Demonstrate and train to a high standard to meet customer demands, production needs and quality requirements in assigned area. Conduct on-the-job training related to area’s core functional operations to ensure employee is competent to perform their assigned tasks. Facilitate delivery of training materials to ensure effective delivery of content. Manage site training materials for compliance and accuracy. Additional Accountabilities: Manage customer specific training needs. Metric generation and reporting. Site training course assessments. Support the communication and alignment of global training processes and programs. Support the development and improvement of training materials. Support continuous improvement of the training process. Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 5%). Additional duties as assigned. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
