Your tasks: You are the first point of contact for our software and data center customers via our customer hotline. You receive inquiries from our customers, prioritize them and process the processes in our ticket system. You will carry out initial troubleshooting and 1st level process handling (e.g. user administration in the Active Directory). You document the processing steps and forward the tickets accordingly. What you should bring with you: You have several years of professional experience in the IT sector or comparable activities in IT support. You have a confident manner and customer-oriented communication skills You are service-oriented and enjoy telephone contact with customers. With your analytical skills, you can solve problems effectively. You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
