Qualitest is looking for a R&D & Delivery Director, who will manage and lead the various R&D teams in Qualitest: Development, DevOps & Automation.As a R&D & Delivery Director you will be the technical focal point for new projects & pre-sales activities. Responsibilities: Assist in building new projects: From recruitment scaling up to technical Architecture visionIdentify technical capacity gaps and take action to fill them where ever possible through training or recruitmentLead the new formed Center of Excellence in QualitestCreate and lead various employee growth programs: Graduates, Up-skill, Training and employee roadmapParticipate in sales & pre-sales activities as a technical consultant and trusted advisorEstablish, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, stakeholders & peers in various engineering programsReport directly to the VP – Country manager. Requirements Deep experience in software development & Project Management (coming from an engineering background is a must)Solution Architect & DevOps knowledge (including cloud experience)Knowledge with complex applications, both frontend & backendClient facing experienceAbility to learn new concepts fast and envision practical solutions that enhance our systemMinimum 10 years of Management experience of multiple teams (30+ employees)Understanding of local culture, recruiting process and methods for employee retentionExperience in leading and inspiring multiple teamsExperience working in global organization, coordinating cross-department, cross-coulture and cross-region operationsVery good level of English & Romanian languagesHigher education degree from a technological field – a plusAbility to travel 1 week per quarter – a plus.
