David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a fast-growing delivery service provider to find an Account Management Team Leader. The successful candidate will play a key role in the partners' experience.   Position: Account Management Team Leader Location: Bucharest, Romania Employment type: Full-time   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and build a high-performing account management team Train and motivate the Account Management team Assure your team establishes excellent relationships with B2B partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (partner meetings and business reviews) Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your team’s portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs Help your team draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through, fixing the assortment basics, marketing activations within different channels, overall sales growth Ensure that the company is working alongside the best possible partners Improve revenue by signing long-term visibility deals, renegotiating current conditions, and introducing new assets Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners Improve operational execution with partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to partners and customers     REQUIREMENTS: At least 4 years of experience in high-performance account management Excellent writing and spoken communication skills in English Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred Team leadership skills and experience, at least 1 year Strong commercial and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change Understand and contribute to the country’s strategy and P&L   OFFER: Free delivery while using the delivery services provided by the company Enhanced parental leave including nursery support Positivity and open communication Transportation Holidays: 20 days/year and an extra day after a year Contract for undetermined period 6 months accommodation if needed Up to 200 EUR refund for relocation travel to Romania After the first year, 200 EUR refund for a travel home Meal tickets (30 RON/day) – approx 150 EUR net/month Private medical package Paid professional training Internal development opportunities Discounts with current partners Gympass monthly subscription Employee assistance/wellbeing program subscription
