Strategic Account Manager/Client Portfolio Manager Duration: Permanent Location: Hybrid, London Salary: £70, to £80, depending on experience We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager with extensive expertise in E-commerce and proficiency in either Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional consulting and advisory services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering trust. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored strategic advice. Provide high-level strategic guidance on E-commerce best practices, trends, and technologies. Advise clients on optimising their use of Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud to achieve business goals. Identify opportunities for clients to enhance their E-commerce strategies and performance. Coordinate the activities of various internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the client and internal teams. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion. Propose and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles in the E-commerce industry. Extensive experience with either Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is mandatory. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail strategies. Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to influence others.
