Job role Accountant- Local Finance Department The Accountant will support on different financial activities, having the following What you will do Ensures accounting postings for employee reimbursement area: travel advances, travel expense reports, other expense reports; Ensuring payment of advances and expense reports in due time and in alignment with local and group procedures; Bank bookings and payments allocation on employees accounts; Performs accounts reconciliations monthly on employees accounts; notifies employees in order to ensure recovery of outstanding debts; Ensure SAP master data updates for employees accounts Data preparation for the monthly recharging of the travel costs Other accounting responsibilities, as requested Any ad-hoc requests from management team / employees Liaise with HR department as well as other support functions to provide details needed on employee accounts and various reports Updating travel procedure, travel expenses forms. Active role in the implementation of expense report tool Amadeus Active contribution in improving and implementing local and global operation processes and workflows as well as the development of local policies and procedures regarding the areas of accounting Respects all circulars/decisions, methodological norms and working procedures, Internal Regulation, Compliance Policy and Anticorruption Policy of the Company Prepares all documents that belong to the quality management system (procedures, instructions etc.) and drafts the necessary registrations for the development of activities Fulfills other activities set by the hierarchical manager or the manager of the organizational entity to which it belongs , on the professional line or referred to the quality management Reporting to Finance Manager Work in close collaboration with Head of Finance and Finance Manager as well as Central Accounting department on accounting processes; What you bring Previous 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferred accounting department in an international environment University degree in economics, finance or related field Fluent English written and spoken Good Knowledge of MS Office Experience with SAP FI accounting systems preferred You have Willingness to learn and grow through additional, increasingly complex responsibilities The ability to work individually and manage specific problems in the corporate environment Good communication and organizational skills Accurate and reliable way of working Problem solving ability Strong analytical and structured mindset Customer oriented Ability to manage several tasks at the same time Team player What we offer Come to the Allianz side!
