YOUR ROLE Maintains accurate financial records, account books, as well as sales and purchase journals Classifies, codes, and records financial transactions and posts entries to general ledger Reconciles accounts, posts journal entries, and maintains a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules Provides technical accounting advice within area of expertise Supports business projects in his area of expertise Supports the implementation of new accounting requirements Acts as a partner in the business decision making process by assessing impacts on financial statements Engage in digital transformation of people, processes and enabling technologies Ensures proper external reporting with respect to guidelines and deadlines Ensures execution of accounting related internal controls Ensures fulfillment of accounting and statistic reporting requirements to authorities YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's or master’s degree - preferably economic studies (accounting) At least 2 years of relevant work experience on a similar position Advances English and MS Office skills Knowledge of SAP Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Flexible, enthusiastic and pro-active Collaboration & teamwork Accuracy of accounting records Experience in audit, balance sheet, financial accounting, analysis and reporting is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Private accident and life insurance paid by the company Private medical assistance (24/24 hour coverage, in Romania) Mobile phone in accordance with the company's policy Wellness and sports - 65% of the annual subscription to a gym Home office – 2 days/week Meal vouchers Access to trainings Bookster – books rental Support in special situations Fruits each Monday and Wednesday Determined period contract - 1 year Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
