The Opportunity This is a key position supporting the Finance team on the Record to Report side. The RTR Specialist with French will be responsible for performing General Ledger & Treasury activities for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ You effectively manage the preparation and reporting of accounting transactions, as well as managing the final consolidation You prepare monthly close package, perform detailed variance analysis on the reported financial information, and research and investigate any significant fluctuations You perform reviews and reconciliations on reported figures to ensure consistency and integrity of information You perform extensive general ledger analysis and propose the needed actions to ensure consistency and accuracy of transactions You are responsible for maintaining reporting checks files and perform continuous improvement You prepare and review the general ledger and treasury journal entries Build strong relationships with the team and local business team from the allocated country You collaborate when reporting with Controlling, and other teams as required Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: You can ensure the integrity of the financial data You have educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance 3+ years of professional experience in Finance (General Ledger and Treasury / RTR) Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines Consolidation & Reporting knowledge You possess analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Relevant experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area would be a plus Knowledge transfer experience would be a plus Ability to work independently & collaboratively, open-minded, and proactive attitude Strong organizational and time management skills You deliver reliable results according to the defined deadline Perks & Benefits At Worldline you’ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
