- customer ambassador, being in the front line with the customers and providing the best Customer Service within any channel preferred by the customer
- service minded and have a friendly, open and patient approach.

- English - conversational level

The schedules in Customer Service is from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:30 and 09:00 to 17:30 during weekends. You will work in shifts (usually from 09:00-17:30 or 11:00 - 19:30, and 1 weekend per month.)
