You will be driving strategic thinking, Agile coaching, transformation journeys and scaling of Agile development practices, across a range of projects and clients.You will be responsible for expertise across domains to help deliver a range of projects. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Cooperation with individuals in the department to adopt an agile mindset, further agile ways of working and promote early delivery of business valueFacilitate learning and development through individual team coaching, trainings, and workshops on Agile principles and valuesWork with the key roles across streams and crews to increase team performance and overall effectivenessIdentify and address any organizational, product-related or technical impediments and appropriately facilitate escalation and removalIdentify and improve organizational-level challengesCooperation with Product Owners, across-teams and cross-departments REQUIREMENTS: +3 years of experience working with organizations as an Agile or Team coach+2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner as a practitionerExperience in financial industrySkills and knowledge of agile mind set, values, principles and practicesKnowledge of various scaling frameworks Nice to have: Scrum Master Certifications such as PSM1, CSM, SASMAgile or Professional Coaching qualifications such as CSC, ICFBackground in the software development cycle i.e., software development, business analysis, testing NEXT STEPS: Interview with our Recruiter on MS Teams, receiving contract + short conversation with the Account Manager The rest of the process on the Client’s side – interview conducted on Teams WE OFFER: Challenging international projectsLong-term cooperationTransparently built relations based on trust and fair playFlexible working hoursPossibility to change the career path across organizationSenior work environment
