We work in collaboration with Shopping feature teams to enhance customer experience (CX), quality across shopping features, devices, and locales. Our primary focus lies in handling annotations for training, measuring, and improving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling Amazon to deliver a superior shopping experience to customers worldwide. Our mission is to empower Amazon's LLMs through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) across various categories at high speed. We aspire to provide an end-to-end data solution for the LLM lifecycle, leveraging cutting-edge technology alongside our operational excellence. By joining us, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the shopping experience for customers worldwide.This is an onsite role so presence at the office will be required 5 days a week.Key job responsibilitiesAs part of your role, you will have the opportunity to:• Contribute to various projects involved in generating training datasets for AI models.• Create content that generates text-based user input to power artificial intelligence.• Validate data based on specific annotation guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the collected information.• Perform data collection and curation, ultimately resulting in the generation of high-quality data that can be utilized for AI models.• Work closely with your team members and managers to drive process efficiencies and explore opportunities for automation.• Enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the data generation and annotation processesWe are open to hiring candidates to work on the following location:Bucharest, ROAbout the teamAlexa Shopping Operations is a team with a mission to help create a world class shopping experience for Amazon customers. Our north star goal is to enable the expansion of seamless shopping experience in everyday life at voice commands by simply interacting with the smart devices like Amazon Show, Spot, Echo, Dot, Tap or Alexa on Amazon App. We work on labeling the data sets for model training and analyzing the data sets for improving customer experience. These data sets generated are consumed by engineering teams like Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning Science to develop, test and train the Alexa models with the highest quality data for improving the shopping experience. Come, partner with us to build the future.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bucharest, ROUBASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Proficiency in both English and Italian (C1 / C2 Level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style* Previous experience in content or editorial writingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science or similar* Italian language certificates* Previous experience as AI trainers, knowledge of AI and NLP, Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's.* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail* Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and projects* Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment
