Design and develop AI automations to improve our ways of working and support as part of our program.
Qualifications
Core AI Orchestration & Frameworks
- Agentic Frameworks: Practical experience with any of Microsoft Agent Framework (preferred) and/or LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, Google ADK, AutoGen, github copilot,
- SDKs: Familiarity with the Google AI SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework
- Models: Understanding model architecture, parameters, capabilities, configuration experience.
- Tooling: Experience working with MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and integrating external tools into LLM workflows. Experience with "Skills" would also be desired
RAG & Information Retrieval
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Knowledge of retrieval methods: Vector search, FTS (Full-Text Search), and BM25.
- Experience with text chunkers and data preprocessing for embeddings.
Other desired skills/areas of proficiency:
- AI UX: Experience with LibreChat / OpenWebUI / AnythingLLM
- DevOps/CI/CD: Proficiency with Docker, GitHub, and Jenkins for automation and environment management.
- LLM Serving: Basic knowledge of llama.cpp / vLLM / SGLang / ik_llama for local inference
- Languages: Java, Groovy
- Data formats: JSON, XML, YAML
- API: OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, REST, OData
