Responsibilities Define and design the AI/ML technical stack, including selecting appropriate frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support the organization's AI/ML initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize AI/ML use cases based on their strategic value, feasibility, and potential impact on the organization. Lead the development of AI/ML Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions. Work closely with business units, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives. Translate business needs into technical AI/ML solutions. Requirements Experience in work environments such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development and data-related roles. Strong expertise in Python, including the ability to develop and maintain complex AI/ML codebases. Proficiency in working within UNIX environments is essential. Hands-on experience in using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as containerization using Docker, for streamlined development and deployment processes. Mandatory experience working with Large Language Models (LLM), showcasing competence in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying models like GPT-3 or similar. Familiarity with at least one of the following is a plus: Prompt Engine Patterns, Vector DB, or Sabre Integration. While not mandatory, expertise in any of these areas is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills related to working with unstructured data sets.
