What you will do: You will not only model, but also create subtle balances between algorithmic elegance and the practicalities of hardware implementation. Working closely with teams, you will shape a solid and scalable infrastructure, maximizing the potential of machine learning models in practice. This role is a unique opportunity to form the technological landscape of projects from the ground up, working at the intersection of algorithmic innovation and hardware optimization. Work and create products with us as AI/ML Specialist (Technical Lead) if: 8+ years of overall work experience, 5+ years of experience in developing ML algorithms and AI-driven solutions, Proven experience in time series forecasting, with an emphasis on practical application in sensor-oriented problems, Proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools, such as Python, TensorFlow, TF Lite, or PyTorch, Solid understanding of statistical modeling and analysis, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Quick grasp of concepts and underlying patterns, Ability to work in a collaborative, creative and team-oriented environment, Ability to lead and positively influence others. Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience: Experience with ML on platforms such as Qualcomm, Nordics or Silabs, Provide technical leadership in the form of mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members, Possibility of trips abroad.
