Responsibilities Identifies new business opportunities for Airfreight and Ocean Freight transport services within the allocated geographical area – South of Romania;Focus on customers with more than 200K turnover (exclusively from air and ocean shipments);Negotiate the terms and conditions of the frame agreement/contract with corporate accounts insuring technical and contractual conformity by being the leading part of the process of sale;Prepares commercial offers according to company policies and based on the solutions designed together with Product Management;Supervise the complete implementation of the awarded Air & Ocean Freight services within the operational departments;Closely cooperate with Schenker RO sales team and Product Management for Airfreight and for Ocean Freight in order to reach sales targets;Attends various sales events including meetings, visits and trainings;Actively participate in the receivables - collection process;Monitors policies and practices to ensure compliance;Prepares analysis and monthly reports. Qualifications Field sales experience in Transportation/Logistics domain for at least 2 years;Air & Ocean freight expertise;Proficiency in English (spoken & written);Good command of PC applications;Good knowledge of Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook);Experience in an international environment is a plus;Higher education in logistics or sales would be strong advantage;Ability to work under pressure, independently, with initiatives;Customer & results orientation;Excellent communication and negotiations skills;Good analytical skills and excellent time management;Driving license - B category.
