Analyst, Treasury ExperiencedSummaryResponsibilitiesInitiate daily payments including cross-border wiresCash management – loan/intercompany funding and sweeping of funds to ensure adequate working capital liquidityPost outgoing and incoming payments to AP and AR ledger, journal entries to record various bank transactions.Perform month-end closing (reconciliation of bank accounts, ICo loans, payable taxes, accrued interest, commissions, reclassifications, Hedging impact and FX MtM derivatives) in line with Romanian and US GAAP accounting principles;Collect and manage promissory notesPerforming online checks of all external incoming invoices and preparing the documentation for covering the overdraft limits;Preparing information, reports for audit requirements.Monitoring the financial operations and assists Treasury Manager in all activities related to FX currency exposure, bank deposits and issue of guarantee letters;Minimum Qualifications (required)Economic studiesAdvanced level of English knowledgeExcel at least medium knowledge levelAttention to details, good skills for working with numbers, data and figuresHigh level of responsibilityMinimum experience in finance / accounting/ treasury/ AP - AR experienceAdditional QualificationsIntermediate knowledge of company and Treasury concepts and operationsStrong knowledge of SOX and other compliance standardsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, including ability to explain complex informationProficient in MS Office suiteBachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related fieldPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
