Analytics Lead Excellence & Performance - Specialty Lines

What you do

Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide. As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for 3 Sub-Lines of Business: Easy Living, MDDR and Automotive Warranty.

This role oversees a team of specialists, aims at providing timely Operational support to our Platform teams by enabling: Data analytics, Fraud Prevention & Management procedures and controls, Quality Assurance (incl. Leakage Control), guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with Standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver Data Excellence and proper Operational Risks Management.

Key responsibilities:

• Global strategy next to experts and local execution supported by country specialists:
• Operations Data Analytics (including Intraday WFM RTA)
• Fraud prevention and management
• Quality Assurance (including Leakage Control)
• Team management

What you bring:

You will be responsible for Specialty Lines Operations Analytics:

Providing support to Global Specialty Lines Operations teams in quality and cost containment processes, by enabling state-of-the art tools and techniques for Analytics, and team management of local experts.

Operations Data Analytics incl. Intraday WFM RTA

• Enabling collaboration and data collection processes with Local Excellence & Performance experts, central WFM and reporting teams
• Overseeing specialists to deploy data models and intraday analytics optimize workforce and Operational data

Fraud Prevention & Management

• In close collaboration with Head of Fraud, overseeing strategy and guidelines in Fraud Management, connecting with Fraud experts, COE, and global interfaces and stakeholders
• Guaranteeing compliance with Standards and regulatory requirements
• Developing and executing roadmap to deploy globally robust Fraud controls, processes, investigation, and mitigation
• Ensuring adoption and acceleration of Global practices and state-of-the-art tools and techniques for Fraud detection automation and analytics.

Quality Assurance and Leakage Control

• Overseeing strategy and guidelines in Quality Assurance and Leakage Control, developing and executing the roadmap to deploy globally robust processes, controls, reporting and continuous improvement
• Ensuring adoption and acceleration of Global standards, practices and state-of-the-art tools and techniques (Advanced O365, Celonis, Lean, ISO) in collaboration with QA/leakage experts, Heads of Operations and Process specialists

Working effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, quality & support processes in large organizations.
• English, German and/or other European languages preferred.
• Quality and Data certifications recommended.
