We use state-of-the-art marketing science methods and cast them into easy-to-operate software tools. We are now looking for: App Delivery Analyst (junior or regular) Job description: You will work in a mid-size team which is tasked with the development and delivery of Spendworx, our web-based app for businesses to assist them in managing their marketing budgets. Our tool helps users process, analyze and visualize data, and to use prediction and optimization algorithms to make better marketing decisions. The position that we are currently looking to fill is part of the Software Delivery team and involves working closely with Software Development, Project Management and Data Science, with the end goal of delivering a fully working application, in line with Client’s needs. In this role you will be expected to: · collect, understand and process client-specific requirements for the setup of Spendworx · work with Data Science and Project Managers to gather all the inputs necessary to deliver the application · help assess feasibility and effort needed to implement the specified requirements · configure the application according to client-specific needs · align with QA and other stakeholders to assure proper quality of the delivery · help identify feature gaps or reveal software defects You will have a chance to grow to: · influence the evolution of the product by proposing and owning new feature initiatives · make improvements to the process and tooling related to new client onboarding and client content updates · control a bigger chunk of a client’s onboarding process A perfect candidate: · works great in a team, communicates efficiently on different levels (from peers to top management) · communicates well in spoken and written English (German is a plus) · likes numbers, is familiar with basic concepts of data analysis and statistics · knows how to work efficiently with Excel files or structured text files (csv / yaml / json) · has working experience in an environment where a software product is being developed and delivered · has ability to bridge IT and business · shows high level of commitment, initiative, team spirit and solution-orientation for their work · is proactive, hands-on and motivated to drive processes forward and deliver high quality results · is well organized, with a high comprehension for complex tasks Analyx offers: · Work in a great atmosphere with other experienced team members, · Opportunity to develop a brand-new product, · Attractive income, annual bonus, annual salary review, · Wednesday lunches, · Modern office in the city center and the possibility of remote work. · Annual company retreats and other company events, · Participation in employee benefits (fitness card, private medical care, group insurance), · Professional trainings and language courses.
