You will join a team responsible of a critical set of application in their mission to constantly bring added value to the business by optimizing the quality of the flow and the capacities of connectivity with other applications Your main responsibilities:Maintaining and updating business applications along with the application environmentMonitoring the applications and diagnosing problems that ariseResolving incidents related to the functioning of applications based on ITIL methodologyParticipate in project work carried out within the local and international organizationMaintaining installation and operation documentation You’re ideal for the role if you have:At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a continuous service organizationAt least basic technical knowledge and experience in: Linux, Windows, Bash/ Shell programming, IP network configuration issues, SQL / PLSQL languageAbility to quickly assimilate comprehensive knowledge of application systems in the context of operational and business processesExperience and flexibility in supporting on-call systemsAbility to think analytically and solve problems quicklyCommunicative English skills to communicate efficiently in an international team We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in Europe.
