Due to our and our client’s development and the large number of ongoing projects, we are constantly looking for new employees and associates with high competencies in the IT area or other, consistent with the information provided in the advertisements. Responsibilities:Application management, providing enhancement and continuous improvement to wide set of Document Sending platformsEnsuring availability of platforms and seamless delivery of services to customersCooperation with other teams (developers, networks, security, database, middleware) Requirements:At least 1 year experience of AWS or Azure platform management (from tier 2 support perspective)Good communication skills in English both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of IT networks and protocols. Understanding on security concepts like firewalls, VPN, SSL, cryptography and certificates managementVery good analytical and problem-solving skillsHands on any of following areas: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, AnsibleAbility to automate hectic routine work by using any scripting languagesDeeper practical knowledge (at least 2 years) in one of operating systems from Linux family, including knowledge of underlaying technologies and features like: o standard services, systemd, package repositories, cron jobs, logrotate, syslog, ability to analyze application and system logs using CLI and onelinersFundamental understanding of application management service and applicable ITIL business processes – CMDB, change, incident and problem managementExperience of maintaining integration platforms and knowledge about managing business critical high volume platformsAcademic degree on ICT is beneficial What we offer:Private medical careLife insuranceCo-financing for the sport cardLanguage coursesTraining & learning opportunities
