Job Title: Windows Technical Support Engineer (Intern)
Location: Bucharest (On-site, 8h/day)
Contract Duration: 3 months

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer Intern, a great opportunity to learn, grow, and get hands-on experience solving problems, helping people, and working with real-world technology.
Description
Monitor IDEMIA services and applications to help identify and report issues early.
Provide first-line technical support to customers, ensuring quick responses within SLA targets.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IDEMIA applications.
Help analyze problems, apply temporary solutions when needed, and follow up until a permanent fix is implemented.
Learn to diagnose and resolve issues independently, following IDEMIA support guidelines and best practices.
Communicate clearly with customers and build trust by providing reliable technical support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help maintain high service quality.
Track and follow up on escalated (second-level) support cases to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to improving documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
Support fast recovery during incidents by applying standard procedures and solutions.
Share knowledge with teammates and actively contribute to improving overall team performance.
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving attitude
Good English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security
Ability to investigate issues using command line (CPU, memory, disk, logs)
Basic troubleshooting skills (processes, ports, network connections)
Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
