Application Support Expert for Mailing Systems with IronPort M/F in Bucuresti

Mission Implementing (setup and configuration) of requests for Email Backend software Implementing security email services using IronPort Integration and scheduling of changes based on requirements and projects Processing requests, incidents, problems & changes and other fault situations with involved internal and external colleagues and compliance with identified corrective or solution/fixing measures Contact for our applications with the operating and development teams Contact for our application teams from operation and development Active participation in projects and, where appropriate Supporting projects as “technical lead” in your area Efficient management of incident and problem management using internal and external ticketing tools and processes designed for this purpose Complete monitoring of new application versions or new features from design, development to implementation, in line with business needs Participation in the documentation of the systems Profile Graduate degree in IT or comparable qualification Good knowledge on the following tools (usage and administration): IronPort, Mailman, Zertificon, Exchange Knowledge of Splunk is a plus Experience with both Linux (Red Hat Enterprise) and Windows operating systems (usage and administration) Knowledge of the mail protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP) Knowledge in using Ansible, GitLab CI / CD Nice to have knowledge in Elasticsearch, Shell Scripting, (Bash, Python etc.) and usage of ServiceNow Very good English language skills both speaking and writing is a must; German – nice to have Organization
