Monitoring systems (nice to have) The Control Room functions as a monitoring and Incident Management unit for all Funds Transfer operational/business process related functions. Global Control Room ensures the availability of all core systems, servers and processes that impact Funds Transfer processing. The individual must be willing to listen, diagnose, and resolve issues in an efficient and timely fashion providing superior quality and excellence to our customers. It is expected that the Control Room senior operator will be able to provide feedback, guidance and training to their staff members.
