Arbitrajist Senior Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract Banking operations processing Aplica Misiune Financial Markets Department – Sales Dealer – Corporate teamThe new colleague will report to the Head of Sales Financial Markets and will work in a fast changing environment. She/He will be involved in selling flow, investment and market risk hedging products and solutions to bank’s clients.Responsibilities:· Quote to internal and external clients: FX spot Foreign exchange and interest rate hedging solutions Government bonds Term deposits; Structured placements · Manage the distribution of DPF products to the allocated client portfolio· Work closely with client relationship managers, and provide them timely and efficient support regarding financial markets products· Start build and manage strong client relationship with key clients· Prepare various product presentations · Distribute market information regularly to client relationships managers· Responsible of own budget and contribute to Sales team’s budget· Comply with MiFID/PRIIP requirements and other pre-deal checks necessary for financial markets products distribution· Properly manage the operational risks and deal within authorized limits (counterparty/operational limits)· Participate in financial markets internal projects Profil Skills & Attitude:· Integrity· Client oriented· Sales skills· Presentation skills· Act as a team player, find solutions to problems and able to work under pressure· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (engineering, math or economics degrees are an advantage)· Good knowledge of foreign exchange spot and derivatives, of money market and interest rate derivatives, of fixed income products User of MS Office suite; knowledge regarding Treasury systems such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg are a plus· Goals oriented· Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing· Excellent English, 2nd foreign language is an advantage· Capacity to synthesize information· Fast learner· Easily adaptableWhat we provide: Specific training on financial markets products and services Training on use of financial markets information and risk management systems Dynamic work environment Descriere - We are an equal opportunities employer and we are proud to make diversity a strength for our company.
