Project Planning Allocate work and ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization; Project Delivery Monitor commercial performance and take remedial action as necessary; Project Development Clarify project scope and criteria with key stakeholders and clients; Quality Review colleagues' work; ensure analysis, design, and reports meet client expectations and Arcadis standards; Networking/Client Focus Maintain effective communication and relationships with Project Directors, Managers, and clients; Team Performance Monitor and address team performance issues to meet project objectives; Team Development Mentor and provide technical advice to junior team members; New Business Identify opportunities, develop winning proposals, and promote design capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Architecture; Minimum 7 years of related architectural experience and minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare; Demonstrates design lead capability and applied Healthcare sector experience; Proficiency in Revit (at least intermediate), SketchUp, and Creative Suite and knowledge of additional software such as 3D modelling or 3D VR computer skills; Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; Whilst a recognized qualification in design and/or construction is desirable, relevant experience within a similar discipline will be considered.
