Technical Architecture: Design and guide technical solutions for enterprise service management systemsSystem Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft security tools, and AWS cloud servicesCollaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement innovative solutionsStakeholder Alignment: Work with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet operational needsTechnical Leadership: Apply best practices and drive innovation in system architecture and integrationWhat You BringTechnical Expertise: Strong background in designing enterprise technical architectures and system integrationPlatform Experience: Several years of experience with enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow and configuration management systemsModern Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms, connected device solutions, network technologies, and cybersecurity principlesCommunication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners
