Allows for placing the orders from all the customers that are being consolidated in a single Hub to allow smooth process including delivery of items to end customer. A digital Platform that enhances the ecommerce experience and capabilities by connecting top Retailers / Brands to online shoppers and by providing fulfillment capabilities.You will also have opportunity to be part of team creating innovative approach in return areas and post purchase experience.Work is focused in returns area including returns monitoring , approval, tracking ang logistics. The goal is to create innovative and unique experience for both ends user as well as merchandisers while working with their returns . Main work areas will relate to White Glove Experience for returns as well as user, brand, and data management.You will as well have an opportunity to work as well with Frontend part of customer portal, building new experience with White Label product in post purchase processes (like tracking and monitoring) for delivered products.Work will be including areas of return policy, white label setup and preferences , branded emailing, QR code, branded experience of fonts, logos, and colors, return step process, listing view and enhancing general return processes. It is all about making unique experience for each merchandiser and their customers.  Responsibilities:Providing technical & architectural leadership to the team on day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.  Co-ordinating with Business owner to understand business requirements and break-down into user stories.  Understanding the system dependencies involved. Provide relevant inputs to the business to determine the Feature priorities.  Architecting solutions and prepare designs in an incremental fashion.  Creating System Integration and System Architecture Design Document  Participating in Architectural discussions at program level and ensure the implementation at Scrum team level.  Assisting the Architect group during creation of Architectural Roadmap.  Guiding the project team to estimate accurately and decide the PI Objectives during Planning meeting.  .  Ensuring adherence to development best practices, policies and procedures.  Remaining in-sync with enterprise standards and initiatives   Must possess a legal work permit in Poland.  Job Requirements:10+ years of strong technical leadership skills in digital technologies Experience in leading end-to-end implementations using Java/Web 2.0 technologies on the cloud  Must have a working knowledge of the Azure Platform  Deployment of cloud-native apps like Azure Web Apps / Containers in Azure Services  Use of PaaS Components like Azure Databases, Azure Redis Cache, Functions  Cultivating the culture of ‘Quality’  Experience in working with middle and senior stakeholders Participate in planning, and optimizing team productivity  Hands-on in Back-End: API Design, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Oauth 2.0, MicroServices, Azure, UML, JUnit, Mocking frameworks  Deep understanding of event-based systems and messaging frameworks like Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.  API Design, Spring Boot, Spring Security, RDBMS (preferably Oracle), NoSQL Database, Hibernate, OAuth 2.0, and Spring JPA.
