We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong sales expertise and people management experience, ready to contribute to regional business performance.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years of experience coordinating a team;
Has solid knowledge of the FMCG market and its dynamics;
Is comfortable leading and supporting a sales team in the field;
Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships;
Has well-developed skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork;
Is available for frequent travel (over 80% of the time);
Valid driving license – category B;
English language proficiency and MS Office skills at a medium–advanced level;
University degree (Bachelor’s level).
Key Responsibilities
Track sales performance and key KPIs related to customer coverage, distribution, product portfolio, merchandising standards, and receivables;
Plan and coordinate sales activities in the assigned area to meet agreed business targets;
Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance objectives;
Ensure proper in-store execution and compliance with company standards across the region;
Manage the assigned territory efficiently, in line with the commercial strategy;
Identify local growth opportunities to increase volumes and market share;
Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver sales and volume targets;
Regularly review team performance and take action when results are off track.
